Our 3-day Strategy Alignment Workshop, facilitated by Platinum Partners, brought together our managers and Heads of Departments to shape our 2026 strategic goals using LEGO Serious Play. Why LEGO Serious Play? Traditional meetings can’t always capture complex ideas or align teams effectively. With LEGO Serious Play, our team:
